Processing within 5 business days Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Acknowledgment of receipt is guaranteed within 48 hours.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before starting a chargeback process with your bank — we resolve the vast majority of concerns quickly and amicably.

⚠️ Any fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a service used normally) will result in permanent account termination and being blacklisted with our payment processor network.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time by sending us an email. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current pre-paid period. No further payments will be processed.
